Frequently Asked Questions

About the Retreat

What does a typical day look like?

Morning: Yoga and embodiment practice (7:00-8:30am)
Mid-morning: Private healing sessions rotate throughout the morning
Afternoon: Free time for rest, nature walks, journaling, integration
Evening: Light group practice, sharing circles, or silence
Days 4-7 include extended silence periods where speaking is minimal to deepen your inner work.

What are the private healing sessions like?

45-55 minute one-on-one sessions with Naiyana focused on somatic healing, emotional release, and energetic recalibration. These sessions are deeply held and tailored to where you are in your process. You'll receive 4 sessions total—typically on Days 3, 4, 5, and 6.

What do you mean by "silence"?

During silence days, participants refrain from speaking to deepen their inner work and integration. Facilitators remain available for essential communication. Silence creates space for profound clarity and transformation—it's often where the biggest shifts happen.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes, if you're genuinely ready for deep inner work. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or healing modalities is required. What matters is your willingness to be present, vulnerable, and open to transformation.

What if I have a difficult experience or emotional release?

You'll be fully supported. Both facilitators are trained to hold difficult emotions and experiences. The small group size ensures personalized attention and safety throughout. This is precisely what the container is designed for.
