Neighborhood: PondSide is nestled in Brookhighland — a quiet, tree-lined subdivision in Overland Park, one of the safest and most family-friendly communities in the KC metro. The home sits on a 0.33-acre lot adjacent to a serene private pond with beautiful water views and local wildlife. Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead is within walking distance, and Overland Park's 80+ miles of trails connect right from the neighborhood.
Parking: 9 total spots — 3-car garage + 6 driveway spaces. Vehicles with business logos must park inside the garage. No commercial trucks.
Rooms by Floor (Quick Layout):
- 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms (includes 1 Jack-and-Jill setup; 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms)
- 1st floor (main level): main living areas (kitchen, dining, living), plus 1 bedroom + covered office space + attached full bathroom
- Basement: finished basement with wet bar / recreation areas, plus 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom (bed setup: 1 full bed + 1 twin bunk bed)

- Early arrivals? Door codes won't work until 30 minutes before check-in, so please make sure your early arrival is approved.
